Adastra will be playing a very special set at Tillikka on the 7th of January. Doors open from noon, show will start 21.30. Small entrance fee.

We hope to see all of you at there, since it´s the last gig before the gig break. We´ll be playing for over an hour and the set will consist of previously unheard new songs.

Adastra took part to a Finnish demo competition called JYRÄ! a few weeks ago. The competition seems to be a bit more important than origianlly thought, we even made it to the Imperiumi News!

New gig at Avion

Adastra will be sharing the stage with our good friends CR at Night Club Avion 10.12. SHOWTIME 22.30 FOR ADASTRA!!! so get there in time! There will propably be a small entrance fee, but who gives a fuck. After this gig Adastra will most likely keep a lower profile since Olli´s due to serve his time in the Army from January.

The gig at Avion (1.10) went great. A big thanks to everyone who attended the show and a big hand to Next in Line. According to the staff of the venue, over one hundread people showed up!

The evening started at 23.00 when Next in Line started rocking out. After their show we hit the stage at about 0.00. Everything went great, we were on fire! I loved every second of it personnally and Jari did a fine job for his first gig with us. Adastra MKIII has proven to be a worthy line-up.

Only one minor problem accured: Jussi managed to cut his finger pretty bad during the first songs. He even asked Ville to tell the audience that he couldn´t play the rest of the set due to the bleeding and pain. The message didn´t quite go through though so we played the whole set which was a bit over 50 mins I guess. Jussi ended up with purple finger and bloody drumsticks and a lot of pain. After the show we partied to the morning: special thanks to those who drinked with us! Cheers!

I´m glad to announce the new design of adastracave. I wanted to re-build the site because of the updating process. Now the site is more powerfull and easy to update. No more code hassle ... thank god!

This site works nicely in opera, ie and firefox - browsers. But mainly i have built it for firefox. This is because, it is the best browser available IMO. I suggest that u use and support firefox.

New demo is out

Adastra's new self titled demo is out now! Recordings were made at the Studio Dauntless at 10.-12. of June. Everything went smoothly and the result is fantastic.

Demo includes four songs which are : 1. Adastra, 2. My Stars, 3. Overlord and 4. Back from the dead. If you're interested and want to have your own copy of the demo, please contact Olli or Ville for more precise details.
